Great service and amazing burgers!

Good food, relatively quick serving, nice ambiance, and warm people

Ideal location for those travelling by train. A stone's throw from the station. They have a good selection of Quebec craft beer. We had a duck club sandwich. How could you go wrong?

Burgers and poutine are pretty good. Prices are reasonable.

Great tasty food, we ordered two vegan burgers, would love to see more vegan option on the menu though to return back more often.

Amazing food in a nice casual atmosphere, great for a nice out with friends or solo dining.

We enjoyed the food and atmosphere very much! The poutine was delicious. I also got the spicy lamb burger which was quite tasty. The server enjoyed practicing his English with us, and was very friendly. He even brought us some samples of local beers to try.

The poutine was average at most. We took the soup and it wasn't that good. What saved the visit was the burger! Very good, however the fries were average.

They call themselves a burger joint and they don't do anything good. Service and food is mediocre. It's sad because Victor was the go-to place before franchising. Now it's just a overpriced decor.

A great place with lots of space. Great for lunch and dinner. Their vegetarian burger is really tasty and portions are quite large, so come in hungry. Also had their latte, it was very good. I would definitely come again, their menu options all sound very delicious. It's right next to the old town, so location is perfect

Loved this place so much I came back for a second time but at this location (last time I went to the one on Boul. Laurier). This location was equally as amazing as the first. Quality food, staff, and location. Highly recommend to anyone that wants a good bite to eat. Even if burgers are not your favourite, their burgers are so unique and different I'm sure that there is something for everyone.

The group in front of us in line to be seated asked to be seated outside, we then asked the same and were seated two tables over from them. They received their food before anyone had even spoken a word to us, so we left.

Honestly, the food is decent, I ordered a poutine, my friends ordered a burger each. We were one of the first customers that came in. The wait was okay. Server was very polite and helpful. It was only after seeing the food delivered for the tables beside us, did we realise that the fries that come along with the our burgers was of sub par standard. Dried, burnt.. since we were at the end of the meal, we asked the server if the fries were supposed to be like that. He acknowledged that the fries were not supposed to be dry, and immediately offered a replacement of the fries, which we did for a serving of it. It was way better. While finishing up the fries, the server compensated us with a pie. Really nice gesture of him. Point of my post is not to complain, but rather to warn any customers that if the food looks/taste off, do ask for an exchange. Otherwise, the burger & poutine was great, environment was nice and really nice dessert :)

It was nice place to end our visit to Quebec city, the burgers was great and the staff was friendly and patient with our questions.Definitely will visit again.

Not the best poutine in town, research showed us that this was the place for poutine, but it was disappointing. They don't have still water unless you want the one from the sink. Affordable, the food was ok, but don't expect anything crazy!

Meat was very dry (overcooked) and the fries were mostly burnt. And so called brioche bun wasn’t brioche at all. As a burger enthusiast I’m very disappointed

Amazing burger selection, unique flavours and excellently prepared.

The food here was so delicious we had to return after our first visit to try more poutines. Their burger was flavourful and juicy and their side poutines were a generous size. What stood out about their poutines was that their tastes were unique - it wasn't just regular gravy+cheese curds with stuff dumped on top. The buffalo poutine was a little spicy and the buffalo sauce blended so well with the rest of the poutine. Their poutine of the week was a pulled pork with fried onions on top. The unique BBQ sauce they used went deliciously with the fries and gravy. Overall, we had great service and amazing meals I would highly recommend anyone who hasn't tried Chez Victor's to at least have one meal there!

I didn’t love the area over here and the restaurant had a very chain like vibe to it (it was rainy and dead but it might be better in the nice weather when the patio is open). I gotta say though, their poutine was the best I’ve ever eaten! Perfectly cooked, crispy fries, with loads of extra squeaky cheese curds and the perfect amount of thick, dark and delicious gravy! So 5 stars for the poutine!

Great variety of burgers and poutines. A burger of the week every week of the year. The quality/price is awesome ! A must in Quebec City for burgers. The 300 St-Paul one is the best of all. Special thanks to its chef and team of proprietaries that work hard on the Victor brand/menu. Each branch got a few unique burgers and signature poutines. Good choice of regional beers. If you are still up, good desserts and a mention to the good coffees/teas. **Place to hit during poutine/burger weeks**

Oh my gosh... i can still remember the taste as if it were yesterday. So delicious!!! I finished the burger but i couldn’t finish the fries! The portions are just so big and sooooo yummy. Its the best place to eat if you’re near the train station. The tofu patty was just so juicy and full of flavor.

Do try their mayonnaises for they are the best! Their burgers will satisfy your deepest hunger and their poutines are sofisticatly delicious.

Excellent! Exquis! I highly recommend this hidden gem if you are on your way out of the train station on an evening arrival. It's delicious, you won't regret. Original picks on the menu.

The place has great vibe and the servers are friendly and helpful.They have a variety of food in the menu regardless your vegetarian or no and they can always customize the plate according to your likes.They also have a nice beer collection and a smoking area as an outdoor.

One of the best vegan poutines I've had! Reasonably priced, great service, and the location is right beside a nice park to boot. All around fantastic place to go.

Their burgers are very delicious with hefty servings. The fries is what I like the most. Nice ambiance.

DO NOT order Le Classique burger. I ordered that with the beef patty during my time here. The patty was dry and had no taste. The only taste I could identify was that of the mushrooms. The white sauce was mostly tasteless except for the slight hint of horseradish. To make things worse, the fries that my friends and I received were BURNT and extremely hard. After raising this issue to the waiter, he immediately knew what the problem was and did not investigate further (the nerve of him to serve the fries knowing the state of it in the first place). To make some amends, the waiter gave us a free banana pie. Though it was a nice gesture, I still believe that the chefs and the waiter should hold themselves to a higher standard, or at the very least, a decent standard.

My favorite burger joint. They have a few locations in Quebec city. Prices for what you get is reasonable. There are great choices if you are vegetarian or vegan. A neat selection of beer, i had this english brown ale from Frampton Brasse. I didn't take a pic of the food but here is a beer shot instead ... :P

This is by far the best restaurant in this city Thus far. A must try at this location better service then the on in Saint foy. I'd give them 5 more stars for the friendly service and fast food delivery on a medium to full customer count. 😊 whatever you guys are doing its awesome.

Great place, really beautiful, which is a great match to the excellent burger they have.All tasted fresh! They also have a good selection of beers. Even the non alcohol beers available are special. They don't forget the vegan and vegetarians.

The best, no fuss, simply good food burger place in town. I love their veggie burgers but others tell me that their meat burgers are delicious, too.

Fois Gras bone marrow poutine is excellent. Burger was delicious. Duck broth soup with peas was fantastic. Service was friendly.

Lots of craft beer, good selection of Canadian Pub food - and vegetarian friendly. Poutine wasn't the best I've had, but this is a good spot near the old town, but doesn't feel like a trap. Staff was extremely friendly.

Found this restaurant in Quebec City by chance. I love the food, pleasant and friendly service and it’s good for family, friends and solo guest. The portion were big and delicious...Will recommend if visiting Quebec City.
